Which Eilat vacation apartments have air conditioning?
In Eilat almost every properly set up vacation apartment has air conditioning, because the summer here is very hot. With us, all 9 apartments have AC, from the small studio to the Palmore Suite. Still, it's worth asking, because in other listings the word "AC" doesn't always mean it covers the bedroom.
What to check before you book:
Whether there is AC in both the bedroom and the living area, or in a single unit only.
Whether the AC is included in the price, with no extra charge.
Whether the apartment is heated in winter, since Eilat's cold nights matter just as much. Temperatures vary a lot between seasons, and you can check the Eilat weather forecast before you pack.
Quick summary: AC is a basic requirement, so don't pay a premium for it. Anyone charging extra for it is probably not offering a good apartment.

A work-from-Eilat apartment: what to know
Working remotely from Eilat works well when you plan it right. Here is what helps:
Choose mid-week days, when the city is calmer and prices are lower.
Check that there is a comfortable place to sit. In apartments with a balcony, like Balcony Studio 11 or Palmore Suite 15, you can work with a city view during breaks.
Quiet hours in the buildings are 22:00-07:00, so late calls are better held on regular days.
The kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave) saves you trips out, and you can make coffee and go back to your laptop.
Local tip: Test the network in the apartment on arrival day, not at the last minute before an important call. If needed, you have your hotspot as a backup.

Our apartments are in the hotel area in central Eilat, behind the Club Hotel. They are 5-10 minutes on foot from the promenade and the North Beach. None of the apartments has a sea view or sits on the waterfront, and we prefer to say that up front.
Here is how they divide by address:
Tzofit 6: Studio 1 (about 18 sqm, up to 4, no balcony), One-Bedroom Apartment 2 (28 sqm, up to 5) and One-Bedroom Apartment 3 (33 sqm, up to 5). Free public parking outside.
Neviot 23: Garden Suite 7 (about 37 sqm) and Garden Suite 8 (about 32 sqm) with a private garden, up to 5 guests. Suite 9 (32 sqm, up to 5), Balcony Studio 10 (16 sqm, up to 3) and Balcony Studio 11 (22 sqm, up to 4). Free public parking and also free private parking, subject to availability.
Topaz 3: Palmore Suite 15 (about 60 sqm, up to 5, huge balcony). Free public parking outside.
All 9 apartments also have a kitchenette (fridge, stovetop, kettle, microwave and cookware), a TV, linens and towels, and self check-in with a code. Insider tip: Only Palmore Suite 15 has a pool (in the Palmore complex, with a gym and a 24/7 lobby) and a full oven with an induction stovetop. The other 8 apartments have a kitchenette.

Arriving early? The Neviot building has a dedicated luggage room, so you can leave your bags and head straight to the promenade. At the Tzofit complex, luggage waits in the hallway, which is covered by a security camera.
