We have three apartments with a balcony: Balcony Studio 10, Balcony Studio 11 and Palmore Suite 15. The first two are at 23 Neviot Street and the third is at 3 Topaz Street.
The other apartments have no balcony. In particular, Studio 1 at 6 Tzofit Street has no balcony.

All nine apartments have a kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop or hot plate, a kettle, a microwave and kitchenware. There is also air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, linens and towels. Palmore Suite 15 also has an oven and an induction cooktop.

Family with small children: a garden suite. There is outdoor space at ground level, and getting in and out is easy.
Couple looking for a quiet corner: Balcony Studio 10, or 11 if you need more room.
Group or large family: Palmore Suite 15, with 60 m² and a huge balcony.
Anyone who wants a pool and a gym: Palmore Suite 15 only. The pool, the gym and a lobby with 24/7 reception belong to the Palmore complex, and none of our other apartments has a pool.

What should you know before booking?
A few things are worth saying openly:
None of our apartments has a sea view, and none is on the waterfront. The view from the balconies is a city view.
The beach and promenade are a 5 to 10 minute walk away. You can explore the city on the official Eilat tourism website.
Studio 1 at 6 Tzofit Street has no balcony and no garden.
House rules for the garden and balcony
Your outdoor space is part of the apartment, so the same rules apply there. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00, and there are no parties or events without explicit approval in advance.
The apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on a balcony or terrace, where there is one. Barbecues are not allowed at the apartments.
Arriving with a dog? It is possible, subject to a security deposit, and the owner is responsible for any damage or disturbance. It is best to contact our team before you arrive.
